 You can either practice some Natural Health Tips or workout at home using some basic equipment like skipping ropes, dumbbells, etc.

1. Choose Healthy Foods and Drinks :- Healthy eating involves taking control of how much and what types of food you eat.Try to replace foods high in sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat protein foods, and fat-free or low-fat dairy foods.Make half of your plate fruits ,vegetable  and whole grains like Dark green, red, and orange vegetables, whole-wheat bread, brown rice, oatmeal, and whole-grain cereal.

2. Get Enough Sleep :- You need enough sleep to do well in school, work and drive safely, and fight off infection. Not getting enough sleep may make you moody and irritable.If you’re between 13 and 18 years old, you should get 8 to 10 hours of sleep each night.

3. Cleaning and Hygiene :- Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces in your home regularly is an important precaution to lower the risk of infection.Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth, cover your mouth and nose with your elbow or tissue when coughing or sneezing. Dispose of used tissue immediately, maintain a distance of at least 1 meter (3 feet) from people who are coughing or sneezing also other peoples.

4. Physical Activity :- During the COVID-19 pandemic it is even more important for all people to be physically active. Even if it is only a short break from sitting at your desk and doing some walking or stretching. If you are not used to physical activity, start slowly with low intensity activities such as walking or low impact exercises for shorter periods of time and gradually build up over time.Choose the right activity to reduce the risk of injury; the intensity of the exercise should match your fitness levels and health status.
